VILLAGE INN MOTEL POLICIES

A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation, and a one night's deposit will be charged to that credit card. Balance is due upon arrival. Reservations for 4 or more days require a 50% deposit.

There is a 30 day cancellation policy for June, July, and August weekends, all holidays and hunting seasons.

There is a 15 day cancellation policy at all other times.

If a reservation is cancelled prior to the 30 (or 15) day period, a refund will be provided for the first night's deposit.

If a reservation is cancelled within the 30 (or 15) day period, and we are able to rebook the room, a refund will be provided for the rebooked room. Otherwise the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

There are no refunds for early check-outs, inclement weather, or no-shows.

A minimum two night's stay is required for all weekend reservations in June, July, August, and all holidays and hunting seasons.

Reservations for a block of rooms, by one person or group, require a one night's deposit, at the time of making the reservation, for all rooms reserved.

Reservations for special events, such as Grandma"s Marathon Weekend, require payment in full, up front, no refunds.

All Village Inn Motel rooms, and the adjoining Village Inn Restaurant, are nonsmoking.

Pets are allowed at the motel, but must be declared at time of reservation. Pets are not allowed in the rooms, unattended.
